He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Hottinger and Frances Hottinger; his wife Betty Lee Hottinger; his daughter Mary Lee Savory (David Hart) of Hannibal; his siblings, Ruby Mitchell of Germantown, MD and Edward Hottinger of Germantown, MD; his grandsons, Matthew Savory of Rochester, Benjamin Savory (Corinne) of Tulsa, OK and Jeffrey Savory (Shannon) of Taftville, CT; and his great grandchildren, Aislyn, Killian and Brinn.

Contributions in Richard's memory may be made to Fulton Youth Hockey, P.O. Box 683, Fulton, New York 13069.
