He is survived by: his parent Florence Royce Fox; his wife Donna; and his sons, Thomas Fox of Pennsylvania, James Fox of Pennsylvania, Kenneth Fox of Pennsylvania and Jeffrey Fox of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by three sisters and several nieces, nephews.
