He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Miller and Beverly Miller (Hull). He is survived by: his children, Richard A. Miller of Mexico, NY and Alissa Miller of Oswego, NY; his siblings, Joyce Ticson of Oswego, NY, Mark Miller of Oswego, NY and Carol Carter of Oswego, NY; and his great-aunt Diana Kelley of Oswego, NY. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
