It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ramsey G. Ludington of Fulton, New York, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Ludington and Homer Ludington of Fulton; his former wife Shirley Ludington; his wife Janice Fay Ludington (Patricia Booth); and his siblings, Vivian Smith and John Ludington.

He is survived by: his children, Marion Ciciarelli (Donald) and Spencer Ludington (Anne); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Ciciarelli Pancotti (Louis), Carolyn Ciciarelli and Julia Ludington; and his nephew David Ludington (Booth).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fulton Kiwanis Club, the CNY Food Bank, or a charity of choice.
