It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip C. Scott (Fulton, New York), who passed away on July 18, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Clare Scott; and his brother Alan Peter Scott. He is survived by: his parent Genevieve Nissen Scott; his children, Wesley Scott, Noelle Osborn and Jayson Scott; his grandson Jackson Scott; and his siblings, Sheryl Knight of Fulton and Paul Scott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
