He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Becker and Eleanor Becker (Ives); his brothers, Allen Becker and Gary Becker; and his sister-in-law Martha Becker.
He is survived by: his children, Paul A. Becker (Lenamae) of Oswego, Jamie Ryals (Jeremy), Jeffrey (Sherri), Andrew Becker (Claudia) of Liverpool, NY, Jill Zablotny (Bryon) of Clay, NY and Nicole Bogan (Paul) of North Syracuse, NY; his close friend Lori Coant of Fulton, NY; and his siblings, Willard Becker of Fulton, NY, Sheila Grant of Sterling, NY, Jimmy Becker (Joan) and Mary Becker (Craig) of Phoenix, NY. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
