He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford C. Foster and Ruth Anderson Foster; his sister Sharon Foster Pryor; and his aunt Marion Foster Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Debra Rogers Foster of Fulton; his children, Stacey Stoddard Mare (Joseph) of Indiana, Kimberly Goss Leroux (Kelly) of British Columbia and Dennis Goss (Brea) of Fulton; his grandchildren, Lauren Goss, Sarah Leroux, Katie Leroux, Jacob Goss and Brandon Mare; and his siblings, Ronald Foster (Cynthia) of Fulton and Carol Foster of Oswego. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
