It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nichole Lynn Slocum Barrick (Fulton, New York), who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William, Elsie Slocum, Shirley and Gerald Pitcher; and her great-grandparent Jean Mokwa (Tom).

She is survived by: her parents, Phillip Slocum and Laurie Slocum of Fulton; her husband Anthony Barrick; her children, Autumn, Addison and Nora; her siblings, Phillip Jr. Slocum (Marilyn) of Baldwinsville, Matthew Slocum of Phoenix, Connor Slocum of Fulton, Daryl Ferrara (Kris) of Fulton and Stephanie Slocum of Fulton; her mother-in-law Lisa Hopkins of Olean; and her grandfather Ray Brown (Tammie) of Palermo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
