It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelson H. Pepper Sr. (Fulton, New York), who passed away on November 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Weldon Pepper; and his son Nelson H. Pepper, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Pepper (Julie) of Volney and Carol Pepper Pecoy of Volney; and his siblings, Ward Pepper (Rose) of Oswego, Kenneth Pepper (Barb) of Brewerton, Leona LaRock, Patricia Brockett of Williamstown and Pearl Evans of Phoenix. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren.

Donations are encouraged to the Oswego County Humane Society, 29 West Seneca Street, Oswego, NY 13126.
