She was predeceased by: her husband William Whitens; and her grandson Ryan Caster. She is survived by: her children, Lori Caracciolo (Gregory), Brenda Caster (Robin), Judy Dygert, Timothy Whitens (Nancy) and Daniel Whitens; and her brothers, Richard (Astrid), George (Sarah) and David Conibear (Heide). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
