He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberto Leyva and Guadalupe Leyva (Bran). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Leyva of Fulton; his son Azzul Leyva of Fulton; and his siblings, Beatriz Baez, Alberto Leyva (Ashley), Elias Leyva, Cecilia Leyva of Fulton and Guadalupe Leyva of Fulton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
