She is survived by: her parent Mary Allison Menard; her husband Randall; her children, William Phillips (Erin Halstead) of Albany, David Phillips of Ravena and Katelyn Phillips of Fulton; and her siblings, Denise Downing (Paul) of Baldwinsville, Sue Lorenz (David) of Fulton and Joseph Menard (Michele) of Central Square. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
