She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Perkins and Gladys Parsons Perkins; her husband Howard, Sr.; and her siblings, Betty Hacker, Dorothy Tyler and George Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly DiSalvo, Howard, Jr. Schremph (Darice) and Jan Whitley (Aubrey); her grandchildren, Joey DiSalvo, Kelly Roehl (Matt), Kara and Austin Whitley; her sister Joan Dennison; and her sister-in-law Eileen Russell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
