He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shirk and Arlene Shirk; and his siblings, John Shirk and Carol Keltz. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Shirk; his children, Angela Shirk, Thomas Shirk and Joseph Shirk (Nicole); his grandchildren, Nathan, Ava, Owen and Jackson; his brother Gary Shirk; and his close friends, Daisy and Petey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
