She is survived by: her children, Becky Crisafulli (Andrew) of Fulton and Bill Hayden (Heidi) of Fulton; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Hayden and Alexander Crisafulli; her siblings, Donna Blocker (Sam) of Ozark, AL and Charles Burlingham of Fulton; and her parents-in-law, Helen Dennison of Fulton, Martha Hayden of Fulton, Daryl Hayden (Sharon) of Fulton, Cheryl Ingersoll (Bruce) of Fulton, Dolores Howard of Fulton, Russell Hayden (Kathy) of Fulton, Debbie Hayden (Pete) of Fulton and Teresa Hayden of Fulton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
