He is survived by: his children, Debbie Pulsifer of Hannibal, Leon France (Toni) of Brownville, Todd France (Mindy) of Fulton, Carl France (Stacie) of Hannibal and Connie Walts (Roy) of Hannibal; and his grandchildren, Casey, Dustin, Mandy, Rich, Nicole, Sheena, Collin, Austin, Ethan and Briane. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
