She was predeceased by: her father Michael Rydelek; and her grandmother Helen Milazzo. She is survived by: her mother Connie Chapman of Lafayette; her husband Jeremiah; her children, Alexandra Bennett of Wolcott, Scott Sullivan (Alyssa) of Oswego, Frank Sullivan of Fulton and Lucian Sullivan of Fulton; her granddaughter Sarah Lynn Sullivan; her stepmother Slavka Rydelek of Syracuse; her siblings, Michael Thomas Rydelek II of Dewitt, Brianne Rydelek of North Carolina and Rosemary Lazariw of Syracuse; her parents-in-law, Bethanne Greene (William) and Michael Miller (Kathleen Sweeney); her grandmother Wanda Reith; and her brother-in-law Robert Whalen (Cheryl).
