We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2022, at the age of 63, Keith E. Harter of Fulton, New York, born in Auburn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miles Harter and Florence Harter; his wife Jeanne; his children, William S. Hudson (Olivia Frost) of Rochester, Alicia M. Wise (Keith) of Fulton, Markus A. Harter of Syracuse and Mallory Mae Harter (Joseph Murtha II) of Brownville; his siblings, Donna Frani (Philip) of Liverpool, Dawn Badgley (Lowell) of Troy, VA, Lois Malone (Charles) of Batavia, Lance Harter (Nancy) of Greece and Kent Harter (Kathleen) of Phoenix; and his grandchildren, Grey Wise, Bram Wise, Jack Hudson and Navy Wise. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
