She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloyd Davis and Elsie Davis; her siblings, Leon, Homer, Darwin "Bud" Davis and Jean Davis; and her in-laws, Thomas and Hazel Cotton.
She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Cotton; her children, Deborah Torbitt (Jack), Michael Cotton (Jennifer) and Charles M. Cotton; and her grandchildren, Blair, Aaron, Zachary, Shelby, Brady, Riley and Derek. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the North Volney Cemetery.
