It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. Richards (Fulton, New York), born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on January 26, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Grace Cooper Collins; her grandson Jacob Richards; and her parents-in-law, Patricia, Harry Henze, John and Joyce Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Nelson Richards Sr. of Fulton; her sons, Michael Richards (Susie) of Fulton and Thomas Richards (Kitty); her brothers, Gilbert Collins (Shirley) of Fulton and James Zahakos (Ellen); and her granddaughters, Grace and Corinne Richards. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
