He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Whitted and Gladys Whitted; and his sons, Joseph A. Whitted and John A. Whitted. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Whitted; his daughter Margaret Alsworth (Thomas); his grandsons, Shane Alsworth and Todd Alsworth (Crystal); his great grandchild Alexander Alsworth; and his siblings, Carl Whitted, Spencer Whitted (Ann) and Madeline Hopkins (Daniel).
