He was predeceased by: his father John E. Draper; his wife Bernice Draper; his sister Esther Scott; and his daughters-in-law, Kristy Draper and Jennifer Draper.
He is survived by: his children, April Abbott (David), John Draper (Sandrea), Jeffrey Draper of Hannibal, Michael Draper, Gerald Draper (Roxanne) and Sandy Rogers (Jim) of Fulton; his sister Janet LaRock (Anthony) of Chemung, NY; and his close friend Brenda Recore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
