He was predeceased by: his father John Paul; his wife Joan E. Duver; his brothers, Edward and Theodore; and his great grandchild Audrey Martha Mileskey-Lareau.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jan Mileskey (Martha) of Baldwinsville and Jo Milliner (Robert) of Powell, Ohio; his grandchildren, John Mileskey (Alyssa Lareau), Laura Cook (Alex), Jennifer Morgan (Jake) and Brandon Milliner (Kristi); his great grandchildren, Anabelle, Kayla, Alyssa Milliner, Nicolas Gutierrez, Cassandra and Connor Cook; and his pet Sox.
