It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Merritt of Fulton, New York, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Whitey" Merritt. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky, Shelly, Kim and Laurie.
