She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bell and Marie Bell; and her stepfather Joseph G. Hern. She is survived by: her husband George Heer; her children, Kim Brockway, Laura Miller (Brad), Hollie Anderson (Michael) and Brittanie Brockway (Jeff Tetro); her siblings, Rita Hart and John Bell; her grandchildren, Matisyn, Carter, Nickolas, Shelby, Everly, Nathan, Daphne and Starr; and her close friends, Carol Muckey, Lizzie and Strawberry Shortcake. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
