She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald C. Kelsey, Sr.; and her daughters, Joan and Veronica. She is survived by: her children, Norene Cerklewich (Ralph), Rhonda Burton (Shawn), Ronald Kelsey (Tonya) and Lisa Fleming (Mike); and her brother Fred Delaney. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
