She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Farfaglia and Antonia Farfaglia; her husband Paul Wise; her son Paul Joseph "PJ" Wise; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Wise; and her siblings, Carmelo, Silvio, Concetto Farfaglia and Virginia Farfaglia Wright.

She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Wise (Ann-Marie) of Fulton, Kevin Wise of Fulton, Anthony Wise (Jill) of Fulton and David Wise (Debra) of Cicero; and her grandchildren, Kristen King (Jason), Derrick Wise (Melinda), Keith Wise (Alicia), Anthony Jr. Wise (Chelsea), Kaelee Wise, Madison Wise, Dylan Wise and Blake Wise. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
