He is survived by: his parents, Catherine Alexander (Napoli) and Sylvester William Alexander III; his daughter Lilly Alexander; and his siblings, Jennifer Alexander-Miller and Sylvester William Alexander IIII. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and a nephew.
