"Sue" (Bassett); his sisters, Esther Frances Tecklenburg of Tucson, AZ and Doris Elaine Deadwyler of Cashiers, NC; his son-in-law Wes Winkelman of Durham, NC; and his felines, Slick and Mitzi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
