He was predeceased by: his mother Anne-Marie Hall-Colvin; his sisters, Jolene Colvin and Brenda Litz; and his brother-in-law Paul Fountaine. He is survived by: his wife Paula Colvin; his children, William Fountaine, Kyle Fountaine and Courtney Fountaine (Malachi Manford); his grandchildren, Aubree Lilly-Ann Fountaine, Mason Manford and Oden Manford; his father Joseph Colvin; his siblings, Michell Colvin, Andrew Colvin, Tracy Allen (Bernie), Christine Godkin (Dave) and Erik Litz; his brother-in-law Christopher Fountaine; and his close friend Diego. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations towards a headstone may be made in Howie's name to Oswego County Monuments, 318 E 2nd St, Oswego, NY 13126.
