Howard L. Samson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2023, Howard L. Samson of Fulton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Samson and Flora Samson (LaFlamme); his brothers, Neil Samson, Donald Samson and James Samson; and his son-in-law Stephen Quesnell.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Samson of Fulton; his children, Brian Samson (Ronda) of Fulton and Pamela Quesnell (Timothy Wink) of Oswego; his grandson Anthony Samson (Jessica); his children, Jeremy Samson, Anna-Carole Samson and Alexa Rae Quesnell; and his siblings, Harold Samson, Ellen Woodruff of Fulton, Edna Taylor and Shirley Samson (Rick). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ducks Unlimited, The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, or Humane CNY.
