With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard D. Slade (Fulton, New York), born in Warners, New York, who passed away on May 3, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Slade and Homer Slade; and his sister Helen Hughes of Bolton, CT.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Michael Slade (Andrea) and Deborah Brotherton (Mark); and his grandson Jacob Brotherton.

Donations are encouraged to Central NY Hospice or to the Fulton Lions Club.
