With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen M. Allen of Fulton, New York, who passed away on February 17, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Burden; and her husband Theodore Allen. She is survived by: her children, Thea Stoughtenger (John) of Lorraine, NY, Sibyl Barrows (Mike Heath) of Fulton, NY, Terrance Allen (Patty Beck) of Vermillion, NY, Scott Allen (Becky) and Todd Allen (Dana) of Pennellville, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Due to Allergies endured by the family and Mrs. Allen during her life, she requested that there be no flowers present at her funeral.
