He is survived by: his parent Eva Harris Stowell of Bowens Corners; his children, Yvonne De Paulis (Carl) of New Bloomfield, PA, Valerie Demperio (Tony) of Fulton, Russell Stowell (Annie) of Gilbert, AZ and Kevin Stowell (Karen) of New Milford, CT; his grandchildren, Anthony Demperio, Alison Demperio, Megan Conte, Ashley, Jessica and Kevin Stowell; his great grandchildren, Anthony Demperio, Veronica Demperio and Nicholas Stowell; his sisters, Hilda Paolucci and Linda Miner; and his brother-in-law William Russell of Liverpool.
