He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Halstead and Ola Halstead (Hartle); his wife Edith Ensworth (Edie); his stepchild Raye Ann; his grandson Jared; his friend Joan Fox; his brother Richard Halstead (Irma); his former wife Edith Chandler (Cliff); and his children, Kim Winterhalt (David), Tracy Carroll (Rosi), Marty Halstead (Kate), Chris Carroll, Todd Halstead (Kiri), Amy Galletta and Jared Halstead (Heather). He was also cherished by eight children.
