He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George E. Davis and Marguerite E. Davis (Caprin); his brother James "Bill" Davis of Fulton; his wife Jeanette A. Davis (Doty); his children, Doreen A. Shortt (Harry) of Oswego, Karen L. Clark (James B.) of Baldwinsville and George R. Davis II of Syracuse; and his brothers, Donald Davis of Fulton and Robert Davis of Fairport. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
