He is survived by: his children, Timothy Libbey of Fulton, NY, Ted Libbey (Colleen) of Oswego, NY and Tracey Burgin of Oswego, NY; and his siblings, James Libbey of Auburn, NY, Terri Stone (Raymond) of Fulton, NY and Lauri Greindl (Luke) of Camden, NY. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
