He was predeceased by: his father Robert Kulp, Sr.; and his brother-in-law James Meeker, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Brittany, Gene, Brandon, Kayli and Kara; his mother Joyce Kulp (Walt Murphy); his grandchildren, Buggy, Serenity and Rylee; and his siblings, Cindy Allen (Doug), Chris Kulp (Chrissy), Nicole Kulp Meeker and Robert Kulp, Jr. (Tiffany). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, 5 great nieces, 1 great nephew and cousins.
