It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Edward Kulp (Fulton, New York), who passed away on September 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert Kulp, Sr.; and his brother-in-law James Meeker, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Brittany, Gene, Brandon, Kayli and Kara; his mother Joyce Kulp (Walt Murphy); his grandchildren, Buggy, Serenity and Rylee; and his siblings, Cindy Allen (Doug), Chris Kulp (Chrissy), Nicole Kulp Meeker and Robert Kulp, Jr. (Tiffany). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, 5 great nieces, 1 great nephew and cousins.
