He is survived by: his wife Adele Blasczienski (Ives); his sons, Gary (Jessica) and Thomas (Jodi); his grandchildren, Madisyn, Wyatt, Aliana and Thomas; and his siblings, Michael, Kevin and Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers he would appreciate donations to Veterans assistance programs such as Tunnels to Towers or to cancer research programs.
