He was predeceased by: his stepfather Michael Vanderhaden; and his sister Deanna DeSantis. He is survived by: his parents, Scott DeSantis of Baldwinsville and Dawn Tyler DeSantis of Fulton; his sisters, Randi Perez (Jean) and Asia DeSantis (Brendon Kelly); his stepsister Annee Vanderhaden; and his grandparents, Dee and Tom Tyler of Palermo. He is also survived by several nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
