He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon E. Martin; and his sister Susan G. Martin. He is survived by: his children, Frederick S. Jr. of Fulton and Stephanie M. of Fulton; and his brother George Martin of Seneca Falls, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc. (224 W 2nd St S, Fulton, NY 13069). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 6:15 PM at the same location.
