It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick O. Spencer (Fulton, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on February 22, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Spencer and Mildred Spencer (Hill); his daughter Diane Towers; and his brothers, Merton and John Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Spencer (Koliada); his sons, Dave Spencer (Pam), Gary Spencer (Karen), Larry Spencer (Jennifer Bartosek), Tim Spencer (Dawn Geatrakas) and Jeremy Spencer (Lisa); his grandchildren, Courtney, Nicholas, Gary "Sam", Brian, Andrea, Christine, Jackolyn, Jordan, Jesse, Deanna, Liz and Noah; and his sister Ruth Berry. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
