He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Sr. and Josephine DeSanto Vescio; and his sister Roseann Prouty. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Kristen Vescio and Sarah Easterly (James); his grandchildren, Alex, Anthony, Milton, Katelyn, Brynn and Eve; and his sister Sharon Lindo (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fulton Athletic Boosters, 362 Park Street, Fulton, NY 13069 in Frank's memory.
