He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Kelly, Sr. and Mildred Yager Kelly; his wife Esther; and his niece Joyce Richmond. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Hardy (Seth) and Timothy Kelly (Milinda); his grandchildren, Amber May, Seth Hardy, Christopher and Michael Kelly; his great grandchildren, Jack and Barrett May; and his siblings, George Kelly, Barbara Lighthall and Sandra Loveland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Granby Fire Department, PO Box 358 Fulton, NY 13069, in Floyd's memory.
