She is survived by: her children, Samuel Parkhurst, Jr. (Regina), Larry Parkhurst, Leonard Parkhurst, Sr. (Tammy) and Patricia Parkhurst (James Dobrovolsky); and her siblings, Gary, Warren Jenkins and Sandy Fields. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
