She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Shaw and Lillian Shaw (Green); her significant other James "Jim" Gardner; her siblings, Betty Meeker and David Shaw; and her brother-in-law Hal Meeker.
She is survived by: her close friend Stanley Stevens of Volney, NY; her children, Cheryl Farrell (Thomas) of Fort Worth, TX, James Gardner (Mary) of Solvay, NY, Eileen Clark of Mexico, NY and Vanessa Moore of Fort Worth, TX.; her grandchildren, Steven Farrell, Sherri Guilds, Thomas Clark, Brandy Monroe, Adam Gardner and Katie Richmond McCamey; and her nephews, David Meeker and Harry Meeker.
In lieu of flowers, Flo wished contributions would be made to the Oswego County SPCA, PO Box 442, Fulton, NY 13069.
