He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Cox; and his daughters, Angela Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Kneer. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kneer (Richway); his children, Jenna Kneer, Jessica Miller (Kneer), Matthew, Jeffery and Earl Kneer; and his siblings, Rodney, Billy, Johnny, Danny Miller and Lisa Perkins. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
