He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Percy and Lena Percy (Prittie). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Percy (Cardinali); his children, Theresa Anstedt, April Percy (Jeremy Graves), Catherine Percy (Sandi Payne), Mark Percy (Cara), Katie Malesh (Josh Liepke), Marie Casavant (Frank) and Allison Roberts (Rodney); his grandchildren, Sarah, Christopher, Joey, Hanna, Mara, Dominique, Dion, Aiden, Sofia, Lucy, Leo, Jude, Ethan and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Audrey and Sofia; and his brother Ralph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
