She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Brant and Florence Rogers; her brothers, Warren Brant (Olive) and Joseph Brant (Edith); and her mother-in-law Daurice Burdekin.

She is survived by: her husband Todd Burdekin; her daughter Jamie Burdekin; her siblings, Cheryl "Sue" Snyder (Michael), Margaret Anderson, Marguerite Tetro, Russell Brant (Joan) and Albert Brant (Linda); her close friend Candy Bartlett; her father-in-law James Burdekin; and her siblings-in-law, Gary Burdekin (Sherry), Lynn Burns (Eric Grant) and Amy LeBlanc. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
