He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Crego Runions of Palermo; his children, Kevin Runions (Mary) of Pineville, KY and Kimberly Norton (Corey) of Fulton; his son-in-law Arthur Brown of Oswego; and his sister Darlene Flint (Richard) of Central Square. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
